Paul Heflin (Having Weapons While Under Disability)

On March 13, 2012, Paul Heflin along with an accomplice shot up an apartment in the 5000 block of Norris after an argument had occurred at that address earlier in the day. Heflin is now wanted for having weapons while under disabiltity and shooting into a habitation by Dayton Police. Paul Heflin is a 23 year old black male 5-10, 160# with brown eyes and black hair.
