On 10-02-12 at 1330 hrs Dion pfysically beat his wife in the 2300 block of N Main St in Dayton after they began arguing. Due to prior convictions Dion Thaler is now anted for Felony Domestic Violence. Thaler is a 26 year old black male. 5-11/170#with black hair and brown eyes.
